SLE3 AND SLU4 SERIES
To detect labels as machines apply them to items passing rapidly through on an automated production line, you need a rugged, high-speed label sensor. Banner Engineering now offers two new sensors for scanning. The SLE3 and SLU4 series each feature a narrow slot between two arms with the emitter and receiver mechanically aligned for ease of installation. The fixed slot width provides precise opposed-mode sensing to recognize individual labels or their paper backing as they are fed through automated labeling equipment at high speeds.
BF-Series Standard Models
The E-DRIV® BF-Series standard models feature an adjustable RPM setting on the tool and a selectable Soft Start mode. Engineered for high volume manufacturing applications the brushless motor design ensures durability and reduces the standard maintenance costs associated with brush type electric screwdrivers. The BF power tool is ESD certified, ensuring less than 1 Ohm at the bit tip. ESD management assures product quality, cost savings and a reduction in overall ESD failures.
FLEXIBLE, LARGE-STROKE 3-FINGER GRIPPER
The 3FG15 is ideal for gripping a wide range of cylindrical objects in machine-tending applications such as CNC lathe machines. The gripper’s design automatically centers workpieces, resulting in fast deployment with a strong, stable grip and precise placement. With a payload of up to 15kg, the 3FG15 competes with larger, bulkier, and much less flexible finger grippers.
