Linear Stepper Motor
The Nippon Pulse PFL20 series linear stepper motors converts rotary motion into linear motion with an integral lead screw which passes through the core of the stepper motor rotor. Neutro-Vac
The Neutro-Vac ® System is a cleaning system that incorporates active static elimination, aggressive particle agitation and vacuum removal of debris to provide efficient two-dimensional cleaning of webs, sheets, and parts. Each
system comes configured with an intelligent static bar, brush and air bar. The static bar eliminates static on the cleaning target, while the brush and air bar work to evacuate surface particles. The vacuum head hood intake slot removes and collects the debris.

The VG2 series vision sensors determine the shape, size, characters, and patterns of target objects as the industrial camera. The vision sensors provide 1.2MP resolution with auto-focus liquid lens for auto-tuning function for user convenience. The VG2 series inspect objects precisely with various functions including character recognition (OCR/OCV) and alignment-shape position correction function.
